At CurvyCuties.in, we strive to offer the best in plus-size fashion and customer experience. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do support replacements in certain genuine cases as outlined below.
Cencellation Policy
- Order cancellation is accepted only if cancelled before it is shipped.
- Once delivered , item can only be replaced as per our replacement policy.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacement of products only in the following cases:
- Product received has a manufacturing defect
- Product received has a size mismatch from what was ordered
If your order qualifies for a replacement, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear pictures showing the issue.
Important Notes
- Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
- In case of approved replacement, if the product is out of stock, we will offer a store credit for the product value.
- Store credits can be used for future purchases and will be valid for 6 months.
Replacement Process
- Raise a Request
Email us at info@curvycuties.in within 3 days of receiving the product. Please mention your Order ID and attach clear photos showing the issue. - Approval
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the next steps. - Courier Arrangements
You must ship the product back to us within 5 days of approval. The return courier must be arranged by you (the customer). - Reimbursement of Courier Charges
The courier cost will be reimbursed as store credit only upon submission of a valid courier receipt. Reimbursement is subject to our verification. - Replacement Delivery
Once we receive the product and complete the verification, we will ship the replacement at the earliest.
Product Condition for Replacement
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Products with any signs of wear, damage (other than reported), or missing tags will not be eligible for replacement.
Non-Replacement Scenarios
We do not offer replacements in the following cases:
- Minor color variations due to screen resolution
- Customer no longer wants the item
- Incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer error
- Product not returned within the specified timeline
